How is this your problem? If he lied and got his job due to it, he will eventually get caught. If he gets away with his lie, then that’s life.
I met plenty of people who lied, made stuff up, and defrauded their way through life. As far as I know they all got caught eventually. You can lie about paperwork but you can not make up brain cells you don't have.
