My MD is letting me write my own rec letter, any ideas?

Does anyone have any sample recommendation letters?
My MD is letting me write my own rec letter and he will sign it.
I plan on using this recommendation to find work, transfer UGs and possibly for b school.
What are some good things to write? Should I include his position and the school he attended? And should I ask for a million copies of this thing on letterheads or how does this usually work?
Thanks in advance!

Well obviously I won't lie and say I am superman. Just looking for some kiss as$ samples. Our tech group is only about a 9 person team so we're all pretty close...that being said, I am only a summer analyst in a 10 week program so have not had too much time here... just wondering what are some things that employers/recruiters/adcom look for.

I would say I'm superman if some guys gonna sign off on it no questions asked... I would feel pretty weird handing it to him to sign it though
