My eureka moment? It hit me like a lightning bolt. I realised that my Back Office experience was my launchpad, not my anchor. I saw the intricate dance between the Back Office and Front Office, the critical link that made the financial world tick. My ambition was ignited, and I was ready to take on the challenge

**Chapter 3: The Leap of Faith**

London, baby! That's where I set my sights. I knew the path wouldn't be a walk in the park, but I was determined to leave my mark in the financial capital of the world. Armed with unwavering determination, I took the leap of faith and got a Middle Office role at a bulge bracket by leveraging my BO experience

**Chapter 4: Navigating the Transition**

The transition wasn't all smooth sailing. The learning curve was steeper than I thought, nevertheless I continued to grind day in day out and let seniors notice. I embraced every challenge, soaked in every lesson, and emerged stronger each day.

**Chapter 5: Thriving in DCM**

Fast forward, I got an internship in DCM from another bank by once again, leveraging my experience and showing my hunger. 6 months in I had a full-time offer. The Back Office background that once seemed like a detour turned out to be the driving force that propeled my success.
