Nat res/energy banking question
Ive been doing some research on energy banking, and a lot of those groups does acquisitions and divestitures (a&d) for energy companies. Is that something that is unique to energy banking? Also, what exactly is a&d? Would that be a good groupfor a junior analyst to go into?
