Natixis Leveraged Finance?

Searched the boards but found surprisingly little, does anyone have any knowledge or experience with Natixis and their leveraged finance groups?

I know the bank itself is considered to be a lower middle market bank and is typically on the right of most deals but it seems they are trying to make a push to grow their M&A and financial sponsors practices?

I've noticed they do have certain products where they are fairly strong such as their RE/CMBS where they certainly have a presence.

Any thoughts on the bank's outlook for their IB/Leveraged Finance practices and any insight into their corporate culture?
