whenever you get the offer, figure out how long you have to accept, then communicate that timeline to the "choice 3" MD who you have a good rapport with. pretty straight forward.

Thanks, I did get the offer as expected. It was just an awkward conversation because I think they wanted me to sign right on the spot. I really enjoyed the process of forging relationships during recruiting and do not like burning bridges.
