Need advice – getting chewed out all the time

What was the instance that provoked the biggest, worst reaction from your superiors? What was your mistake and was their reaction justified? How did you react / move forward?

I’m just looking for general advice – I’ve been getting chewed out frequently by one member of my team non-stop, which is an anomaly since I receive very good feedback from everyone else. The animosity I receive from said person honestly feels pretty targeted and like they’re holding some sort of grudge. Not sure what to do – understood that there are always assholes in banking and that it’s important to develop mental toughness, but this level of nit-picking, passive aggressiveness and straight up disrespect is getting old fast.
