Need Advice - VP not responding

So I have been in the interviewing process with a bank for a lateral analyst position and was supposed to speak to a VP after speaking to the recruiter and an associate. The VP had to cancel and emailed me to reschedule so I gave him a couple times I was free but never got a response. I sent him another email a few days later giving some more times I was available while mentioning I was flexible. It's now been about a week since that last follow up and I still haven't heard from him.

I wanted to see if you guys think I should wait a few more days and send him another follow up email with some additional times or if I should reach back out to the recruiter mentioning I haven't been able to connect with the VP. Understand he's likely busy with work but I'm getting a bit worried my messages may get lost in the shuffle and I don't want to become a nuisance with too many follow ups. Appreciate any advice, thanks.
