Need : Capital Market Resources

Hello all,

so lately I have been dealing with a lot vc-backed funds trying to raise new money. The market is gradually coming down in this field and we are definitely happy to see some actions here

However, I personally am not too familiar with the VC capital market terms ( premoney, post money, term sheet valuations, etc) so was wondering if anyone can provide an online source for me to look over.

I could ask my associates, but I would run the risk of looking like an idiot during the meeting due to my lack of understanding in the space.

Thanks!

ask your associates. i am assuming you work in IB, not VC. if that is the case, you wont come off as ignorant. and if they dont know much themselves, ask them for resources or networking contacts who are in the field.

never be afraid to ask something about something you dont know. unless you SHOULD know.
