It's a little similar to creating an EBITDA/earnings bridge in that you need to have stacked bars with two components. The bottom part of the stack goes up to just under where the "floating" part of the stack starts.
Create the chart, then select the part of each stack which should be invisible and select no fill/no outline.

In case you've never done what @SSits is saying, there's a tutorial I used a long time ago.
Thx. a lot. But how can I make them be contiguous to each other? The problem was not to build graph itsel but to make columns adjoined.
And also, as u could notice, there is value on x-axis as well (resourse reserves in the sample). So I don't now how to make it as well. Thx.
