Need Help with Finance Overview - ASAP

Hi all,
I think this is the first time I've posted in the ibanking forum. Anyway, I'm a Senior working in S&T at a BB next year and am part of a recruiting panel at my school where we have students from IBD, S&T and Asset Management (at a BB) speaking about their internship experiences. I've been asked to give a brief overview of all of these i.e. a short description of what Investment Banking, S&T and AM (PWM and AM) are and the similarities/differences. However, I really only know a lot about S&T and honestly am not sure I could give a concise (1-2 min) overview of Asset Management and IBD. Also research would probably be good to mention. If you guys could comment with how you would describe these roles in front of a bunch of Freshmen-Junior undergraduates that would be great.
