Need help with financial statements

I'm reading the 10k of this multi-national telecom company, and I'm confused with a couple things. Can someone help?

1) What is the difference between Revenue and Service Revenue? The Service Revenue line is just right below Revenue, and the two numbers are just slightly different.

2) I found a couple places with EBITDA, and those numbers are totally different from each other. I have no clue why.

3) How is it possible for me to get those numbers to calculate the multiple if they are all over the places and many of them don't even match on different pages.

I'll have to punt on the service revenue question since I'm not in telecom and have no idea.

As for EBITDA, companies may report them differently (most accountants don't use EBITDA, and I usually don't see it in many 10Ks). It's up to you to "normalize" the EBITDA by doing your own calculation and figures out what revenues/expenses should be incorporated and which should be stripped out (i.e. one-time event, extraordinary item, etc.).

First all, I do appreciate people on this forum trying to help and giving me some guidance. So, don't even reply if you're not offering any real help. Don't try to act smart by telling me what I should do. You don't know what situation I'm in right now. If you were in my shoes, you probably would come on to WSO to ask for help.
