Need Roommate For 2 Bed Flex in Gramercy (July 1)

Hi,

I'm looking for a roommate for my apartment in Gramercy. The building is a large high-rise with doormen, rooftop pool / gym / patio and a parking garage. It is an ideal location, being ~1 minute from the 6 train. There is laundry / drying and dry cleaning services available.

The room itself is the flex bedroom in a ~1000 sq. foot apartment. The closet is in the hallway, there is a shared (modern, renovated) bathroom, and the kitchen is nice and is also recently renovated.

I am an M&A banker with very terrible hours, and will likely be in the apartment from the hours of 2:00-8:00am only most weeks. I almost never have people over to party and occasionally bring guests. I'm looking for someone that is also in banking with similar hours and a similar commitment not to have parties (obviously bringing home girls / having friends over is 100% fine)
