Need some clarification for aptitude tests

Ok so I've been searching all over the forums the past few days and I find inconsistent answers to the question what is the cut off score for numerical aptitude tests in the UK and I was wondering whether someone could clarify

1) Is the cut off period based on a certain score or % - i.e. if you get 50% you pass?

2) Or is it based on percentiles? Meaning that if you're in a certain percentile you move on wards, regardless of how bad or good you did the test, it's just relative to others

3) Does anyone know how much % approximately do you need on the verbal and numerical tests to pass, regardless of the way they rank them? I've heard 70% on the numerical, but couldn't find data for the verbal one

PS: If anyone is preparing for the tests, whats your average so far? I can get around 70ish% on both, been using jobtestprep for practice
