Nervous in the Office

I've been on the desk for a few months and have been getting this weird nervousness that's only there when I'm in the office. I'm on the introverted side but I've always had no problems interacting with people and being sociable but I've been freezing up in the office. I start stuttering and getting nervous talking to people in the office which I'm concerned will negatively impact me professionally but I haven't had this problem before which is why I don't know where to turn to. I have gotten better since I first started but I feel like I'm not progressing fast enough socially compared to guys in my class. Was wondering if someone had similar experiences starting their career and could shed some light on this.
