Is it possible to network in Canary Wharf during lunch periods?
I am spending a few days in London without many plans, and thought I may give hanging around CW to see if I can meet any people of interest?
Whilst as ambitious or idiotic the idea may sound, what would the likelihood of myself having any success here?
Any advice if I decide to give it a go?

Network by emailing people/connecting on the phone, and then meeting for 10-15 minutes to talk over coffee? High chance of success. I would email them a month plus in advance so by the time you're in London you've hopefully already talked a few times, but a week or two out isn't the end of the world.
Network by hanging around lunch spots hoping to bump into a banker? No shot and kind of creepy.
