Incoming SA at a BB from a target school. I used to have terrible social anxiety and found networking to be super boring.

Suddenly, my coffee chats were way more engaging. I found it way easier to keep the conversation going and ask good questions. As a result, I was able to score multiple offers at different banks.
So next time you’re in a rut for networking, try filtering by sorority or ethnic affinity clubs on LinkedIn to find your type.
