Networking dates

Is trying to network in June/July already too late for FT in BB?
My impression is that FT recruiting begins around August/Sept? or is that when interview begins?

I know that chances for getting in interview are slim but, hey, doesn't hurt to try.

june and july are late but closer to slightly late than really late. ideally june/july you will be catching up with contacts you've been speaking with for months and then come august you check back in and see where their FT recruiting is ahead.

that said, i think if you have a FT offer in august - it wouldn't be the worst thing in the world to ask around different places with bankers in your first contact with them.

Thx for the help! Would you recommend attaching my resume with all my cold emails? Or just attached to the ones sent to alumns or vice versa?
