Way too early, they’ll get annoyed, start end September early October at the earliest

 

Agree. Incoming first year analysts haven't started yet and current second year analysts are about to leave

 

Maybe I’m misinformed but I’ve heard from various individuals to start networking 3-6 months before interviewing (sounds right) but that it’s “even better” to do 6-12 months in advance. Are they full of it?
