Networking helpful beyond getting interview
Would you all say networking is helpful beyond the stage of getting interviews? Of course, networking also increases knowledge and preparedness during interviews. But beyond that, is knowing a VP or MD well helpful, or knowing a few people in the group beforehand helpful, for the post-interview stage when offers are determined?
