Networking Resume vs Application Resume

I was networking with a few alum and I guess the calls went well so they asked me to send them my resume. However afterwards I realized that there were some other things I could have included. My question is whether when creating the list for first round interviews, do people tend to use the resume from their inbox or the one that was uploaded to the careers website/app.
