I'm an incoming sophomore at UVA McIntire, and I really don't know when or how to start networking. I have this massive spreadsheet with hundreds of banker contacts on them, but it's honestly nerve-wracking; I don't want to appear too giddy and tryhard, but at the same time I know that McIntire isn't a "top" target. Any thoughts/advice?
