Networking Tips
I have been urged to contact a distant family friend who is a partner at a boutique Inv. bank. I am nervous as I am used to contacting associates or at most VPs, and this is an impressive individual who has appeared as a guest on Bloomberg TV and such. How would you guys go about talking to him - do i treat it like my average networking call and still try to push forward my skills, or do I approach in a more conservative manner? Curious to see what opinions are on this.
