Networking with bankers at bank that did not make you an offer

I am about to start an MSF program. Last year, I had a few FT interviews that did not pan out. 100% of them came from networking and people pushing my resume. I have kept an ongoing relationship with some of these bankers, but not all of them. Would it be appropriate to reach out to all of them, even the ones with whom I have not kept in contact, again? Or does that come across as me just using them like a tool? If this is appropriate, what would be the best way to reach out again? I was thinking about sending an e-mail along the lines of "Hey, we talked last year, blah, blah, blah." and then just mention that I am still interested (obviously in a more professional tone).

Any help would be appreciated. Thank you :)
