New Analyst ~#Grindset~

Sup Apes.

Losing my shit out here. Working my ass off and living right, not parting too much / sleeping enough. Still losing track of time tho.

Please give a young scrub advice on how to track deadlines, manage comms, be efficient with time, and build rapport?

Outlook, I keep a ton of notes (appointments) in there. I'm in restructuring, so every court date I think may be relevant is in there, as well as due dates for filings - usually a few days prior if I know the team has to do something.

Another thing, that I didn't include above was that I keep a personal running "diligence tracker" of any questions I have and answers I get. It's a very helpful reference and I found as a junior guy it helped me not ask the same question twice (which always pisses people off).
