Next IB Bonuses
We’ve all either experienced in our own shoes or read about the astronomical bonuses that bankers received last year. With that being said, how do you guys think the next bonuses for bankers will compare? Do you think they will be around the same or come in lower?
I think if they come in lower, that we will see more turnover in the industry again.
Would not be surprised if some banks wait to watch others. Waiting to see like , oh they cut bonus by 20% and lost half there staff so cant do that or waiting to see if they can get away with it.
