I am recruiting for SA 23 and sending out close to 200 emails a week to a around 7 specific bank I have 2-3 people I feel I have had a good Connection with in all of them but I am worried it ain’t enough.
What should I do? Should increase my cold emails rate, i have also noticed the hit rate has decreased significantly? Or just bank on my connections and focus on technicals and behaviorals?
