Next Steps?

Recently been facing severe depression as a first year PE analyst and had to make the tough decision to resign and maintain my mental health. Did IB as a sophomore, PE as a junior, but something about full time just made me snap. I’ve seen most of the big finance careers early but don’t know what to do next and need to regain motivation. Any thoughts on how to go about this? Scared that I fell off the track prematurely.
