NIBD after all-stock merger
If two firms merge in an all-stock merger, is it correct to say that the combined NIBD of the two separate entities would be identical to that of the merged entity as of closing, i.e. that the merged entity would assume all assets and liabilities of the separate entities?
What is NIBD lol
These acronyms dude
Net interest bearing debt. I should probably have written that, I just thought that was how everybody expressed it. Thank you for making me aware!
