No BS - Analyst Comp IB NYC
What is the actual 1st year analyst compensation for IB in New York at a firm like BofA/Barclays/Citi? The WSO database, and every other database for that matter, is widely variable. And other websites like Wall Street Prep or M&I obviously inflate their data so they can attract more kids to try to break in and therefore buy their prep material.
WSO BB analysts and ex-analysts, what did you actually make your first year all in? Signing bonus, housing stipend, base salary, performance bonus, what did you really get? This will be so helpful for everyone moving to NY and trying to budget their money and find an apartment that fits the budget. Thank you!
