I got my job 3 months after graduating. We just hired an analyst like a month after that. So keep searching. Not necessarily BB/MM. Try boutiques/regionals.
Don't even think about BB/MM/Boutique. They've been done since late October to fill the 2016 class. Best bet is to not do banking or work at a no name small shop if you still want to break in...but that is still not guaranteed
Look at boutiques. You can always lateral after a year.
