I am rising Junior and have been interning for a very small IB since August and will be interning there next semester as well as in the summer. I was wondering how I should go about using this to try and get a full-time offer the following year at a larger bank. Love interning there just want to work for a larger company. Was hoping I could get advice on who and when to start networking with, as well as how to convey my situation. Thanks
