No news from Superday - your thoughts?

Hello fellow monkeys,

Here is some context. I'm an international Master student in an Ivy and last year I did two internships, in M&A and Strategy Consulting. Here is my current situation:

I have done two superdays last week, one on Monday (MM bank) and one on Friday (EB) for an M&A summer analyst position in New York. The first one went ok (not very good but not bad), and the second one went really well (it couldn't go better honestly). I have to say that I even got a very strong employee referral for the EB from an MD.

However, I haven't heard yet from any of them and I am starting to freaking out since they were my only shots (I couldn't land interviews in other firms). So what do you think? What should I do?

I have already sent an email to my contact at the EB, he said he would get back to me as soon as possible but no news from him (it's been 2 days)... I start wondering if my international status could be an issue for the EB even though I have a 3 year OPT period.

Thanks for any advice you may have!
