Regarding FT background check, Worried that this will get flagged in the background check if they ask HR at my SA bank if I am eligible for rehire since I did not get a return offer with my SA bank and could get my FT offer rescinded. Thank you for your input in advance

No not at all. Ineligible for rehire is only if you got fired or did something illegal and your manager is seriously interested in screwing you over. No return offer is definitely not in the same realm.

No way they would. It's a whole HR thing to get someone ineligible for rehire, don't even think that is possible since an intern is a short term position. Don't worry about it at all. Background check literally just confirms you worked there on the dates you said you did.
