I am a current sophomore and didn't get any sophmore roles at big banks- wasn't super hopeful but I still worked my ass off. I've been checking a lot of banks career websites frequently and have not seen a single one post a spring week type of experince for 2023. Some (GS, JPM, HSBC) have posted them but they're all located in Europe. Does anyone know what the timeline for this type of insight week is?
