I’ve recently tried connecting with headhunters: All of the headhunting companies have reached out to me and I’ve talked with them except for CPI
I’ve tried connecting with countless recruiters through LinkedIn but none of them have accepted my request or reached out to me. Am I blackballed? Or is it just too soon ?

Typically HHs reach out to you, not the other way around (except in the situation where you have a weird firm email and don't get on their mailings to the new class)
They have just have a "no inbounds from prospects" policy. You are not blackballed lol
I don’t think the “no inbound policy” is quite accurate, unless you’re only referring to CPI and it’s something specific to them.
i think for CPI you can just fill out the form and schedule a zoom meeting with HH. we dont even have the company email yet...
