Hi, I've been invited to the first round set of interviews with Nomura (London) which consists of a case study and a one on one interview, the only information i've been told is that I would be given 30-45minutes to read through the case study, derive a valuation and then be asked to present a recommendation on whether or not the company should acquire the other to a set of interviewers who will then probe questions.
I was wondering if someone has any experience with case studies and can provide an insight into what to expect/any resources to prep with, or if you've ever done the Nomura IBD case study?
