Not to highjack... but is Nomura considered a legit place to start of your IBD career in the U.S. these days? I know that it's solid for S&T and full of ex-Lehmanites, I have a few friends from Lehman who are now there, but what's their IBD like in the U.S.?
in asia it's lehman but in US it's...just nomura.
it's an OK place but you won't get a lot buyside guys chasing after you.
