BBB London presence is 90% UK mid-cap sales and research coverage, super small "IB" team of like 20 people (if you can call it IB). UK PLC focus (v little private activity) and does decently well in this area - I know someone who works in research there and enjoys it.
HL is 95% £150/200m private sell-side M&A.
Toss up between BBB and HL - purely depends where your interests lie (private sell-side M&A versus UK PLC)
If you want to do equity research, sales or European ECM then choose Berenberg - its continental europe ECM practice is quite good. If you want to do M&A then either of the other 2. Nomura might do some slightly larger deals than HL in London but I'm not entirely sure.
