Non-BS EC's that work on an Analyst Schedule

I've been fairly involved in philanthropy/nonprofit work/civic societies since before high school and will start my IB Analyst stint soon. Therefore, I'm looking to take on meaningful roles (pref. a junior board/civic board-type) that will still allow for my analyst schedule to proceed relatively unencumbered.

First thoughts are neighborhood council-type bodies, museums/art/cultural centers, and then "causes" (diseases, vets, etc.). I know that's an insanely wide arena, but I also know a lot might be ruled out due to the banking schedule or due to not allowing junior people a meaningful chance at engagement. So, any recommendations?

P.S. B-school may be an option down the road, but that is absolutely not the reason for my question as I may well abandon those plans given career track. "Prestige" can be considered, sure, but making an impact/engaging in something for at least the medium term is foremost.

Getting a mentee is long term, fairly low commitment (you typically meet once a month), and can be genuinely rewarding for the other person.

No established non-profit will let you on their board. The people on those boards are CEO/CFO types from F500 companies. You gotta start small, like the mentor suggestion above. Maybe volunteer at a food pantry once a week or something. The alternative is starting a non-profit, but getting 501(c)3 status is a bitch and a half.
