Any career fair recommendation to the non-target kids? Any experiences to share? Any particular fairs to recommend?
Please share! I am trying to really break in through networking - the alumni network isnt strong and the school is very non-target.

I spoke to someone at a Big 4 firm and asked about deal advisory. I interned at a pretty well known middle market IB. I only went to the career fair since my university asked me to.
She told me they don’t consider applicants from my school and told me I should apply to Audit.
Diversity organizations like SEO, MLT, NABA, ALPFA, etc host national conventions or large networking fairs. If you're LGBTQ, look at Out 4 Undergrad. If you're a woman, look at Fort. First Gen, look at Jumpstart Advisory Group
