Non-Target Diversity - Restructuring Group

Hi all,

As the title indicates, I am an experienced analyst with a non-target, diverse background, and I've secured an interview for an Restructuring (Rx) position at a boutique investment firm, (think Moelis, HL, Evercore). Does anyone have advice on how to stand out in the first round?
