Non-target —> IB?

Rising sophomore at Purdue, 3.86 gpa.

Though we’re definitely not a target school yet our ranking has jumped a ton over the past few years. For reference, we’re around 18th or so and catching up to Kelley pretty fast. In the academy are getting placements at Lincoln, Key, Guggenheim, and a few at Solomon.

Our IB academy has grown really well and is being transformed to something similar to the Kelley IB workshop. I just transferred here so I’m not in it yet but will surely apply the second apps open.

If I want to target a MM firm like Lincoln / Bairs or even an EB like Evercore, what are some steps I could take? Besides the obvious keep gpa high, know technicals, be personable, etc
