I'm from a non-target (the banks don't use our OCR system). Does any of the bulge brackets/top boutiques put up summer analyst application online or do they not bother since they have enough applicants from target schools? If yes, around what time can we expect them to be up?
Also, if you do apply, would your resume get looked at all? Really appreciate the info.

They do have applications online, and they should be up now. Most deadlines are December - January. Honestly, your resume will not get looked at from an online drop. You'll need contacts to push your resume. Applying online is generally a black hole, especially at the BBs.
