Non-trad background going to top LAC

Hello everyone,

I got lucky and got off the waitlist at a top LAC that is well-recruited. I'll be rescinding a year of credit and will start as a sophomore to have more time to get internships. I will be entering as a 24-year old. I spent two years at a community college, with a 4.0 GPA, and before that, I held retail and sales jobs for around three years until I decided to get serious about life. My question is, will my mixed retail experiences and non-traditional path hinder my chances? Should I bother putting these experiences on my resume, considering that they may not be very relevant? Any advice would be helpful. Thank you.
