Hey All,
Currently looking to transition to a new location and a better bank, but I don't have nearly enough deals on my resume and they aren't the largest ones either. What is the play here as far as upgrading to a better bank without the resume to back it up? Is it worth it to wait it out or try to finagle your way in through networking? My fear is that if I forward the resume along now it would be an instant "blacklisting" given I wouldn't seem like the best candidate off the bat... Any input would be huge!
