NYC Pay Transparency Law
What do you guys think about the new NYC Pay Transparency law? It’s apparently starting today (11/1/22) — I hear JPM has already begun to list base salaries for various roles in NYC. How will this affect comp going forward? Are you guys in support of it or not?
Yeah citadel pays 200k+ base for their quant and software engineer roles btw if you look at their job postings.
