NYC Residential Locations

What do you guys think about the high-rises in Hudson Yards (i.e. the far West side of Manhattan between 30th and 40th streets).

It seems far from the subway, but all of the buildings are brand new and very nice. Also looking at the far East side of Manhattan, which seems more connected in terms of subways, but it is not as nice and new as the west side.

Seems that being close to transportation is important even at the Associate level. What do you think about being west of 7th Ave, and East of 2nd ave?
