Just a question that came into my mind out of curiosity.
Does NYC/London generally just have much better pay than everywhere else? In Toronto, Americans get paid something like 15-30% more than Canadians and I'm wondering is it the same in other global economic powers? (Eg: Germany, Italy, Japan, France, India, Brazil, SK).
