Approached by Oaklins to join their M&A advisory team. Seems to be a decent small/midcap firm with fairly good international reach.
Currently at a big4 CF (M&A) and is a bit unsure whether or not this move would be considered a “step down” / worsening exit opps down the road given big4>Oaklins in terms of brand.
Anyone with experience from Oaklins (within Europe) who can share some light on the firm (reputation / culture / exit opps etc)?
